             Constitution day celebrations

            In 2013, L. Kometsi together with Advocate Mohau KC launched the first annual celebrations of what was

            to become the Constitution day. The 2nd April marks the first day when the Constitution came into ef-
            fect back in 1993. This was the second constitution for the country since independence. The adoption of
